Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To conduct a meta-analysis to compare the effectiveness of tocolytic drugs for delaying preterm birth and to generate a ranking among all available tocolytic drugs according to their relative effectiveness and side effects.
