Abstract
The cutting edge of formal epistemology is found in work on so-called "accuracy based" approaches to rational credence. I argue that these approaches have nothing to do with accuracy as such, instead that they turn--both formally and intuitively--on the way that truth-value is thought to ground epistemic goodness. This calls for a reconceptualization of the entire area.
