Abstract

HEMOCOVID-19 is a multi-center trial aiming to assess the microvascular and endothelial health of severe COVID-19 patients in the intensive care using near-infrared spectroscopy. Here, we present the preliminary results, showing that peripheral microcirculatory alterations are associated with the severity of acute respiratory distress syndrome.
