Abstract

On 23 October 2020, Trinidad and Tobago's Court of Appeal (CoA) in 'Federation Internationale de Football Association v Trinidad and Tobago Football Association' (TTFA) effectively sounded the death knell for the judicial review of the decisions of sporting bodies in Trinidad and Tobago, and, by extension, the wider Caribbean.
